VTELCO LLC provides information about Optimum internet, TV, and mobile services and facilitates customer enrollment in those services. We act as an intermediary between you and Optimum.

Important: VTELCO LLC does not provide telecommunications services directly. All internet, TV, and mobile services are provided by Optimum (Altice USA). Once your service is activated, your relationship regarding service delivery, billing, technical support, and account management is directly with Optimum and is governed by Optimum's terms and conditions.

VTELCO LLC operates under the PerfectVision master dealer program. VTELCO LLC is not Optimum, Altice USA, or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates.

3. Pricing and Availability

Pricing information displayed on this Site reflects Optimum's published rates at the time of posting and may require enrollment in AutoPay and/or paperless billing to obtain the advertised price. All pricing is subject to change by Optimum without notice to VTELCO LLC.

Service availability varies by geographic location. Not all plans or speeds shown on this Site may be available at your address. Our representatives will verify availability during your consultation.

Additional fees may apply, including but not limited to: equipment rental fees, installation fees, taxes, and regulatory surcharges. These fees are set by Optimum, not by VTELCO LLC.

4. No Additional Fees

VTELCO LLC does not charge you any fees for using this Site or for connecting you with Optimum services. VTELCO LLC receives compensation from PerfectVision for successful customer enrollments. This compensation does not increase the price you pay for Optimum services.

5. Intellectual Property

"Optimum" and related marks are trademarks of Altice USA, Inc. and/or its affiliates. VTELCO LLC uses these marks under its authorization as an Independent Authorized Retailer. All other content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos (excluding third-party marks), and software, is the property of VTELCO LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

VTELCO LLC provides this Site and its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the information on this Site.
